About Osteopath Alex Trotsenko

Alex Trotsenko is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) with a strong medical foundation and extensive hands-on clinical experience. He holds a medical degree (MD, Ukraine) and completed advanced training in osteopathy, earning his Diploma in Osteopathy (Manual Practitioner) in Toronto.

Alex is a registered member of the Ontario Osteopathic and Alternative Medicine Association (OOAMA) and has been practicing manual osteopathy for many years. His background includes in-depth training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, osteopathic principles, clinical assessment, and manual treatment techniques.

This combination of medical education and osteopathic training allows Alex to approach each patient with a thorough understanding of the human body, applying precise, individualized manual techniques tailored to each person’s needs.

Alex focuses on understanding where the body is restricted and under strain. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience, treatment is tailored to the individual, working with the body as a whole rather than chasing symptoms.

Osteopathic treatment may include manual osteopathy, soft tissue manipulation, visceral and cranial techniques, rehabilitation-focused work, and supportive manual therapies. Each session is tailored to the individual, taking into account health history, comfort level, and functional needs, with no preset routines.
